If you can successfully send a print job to your printer from a PC using Microsoft Generic Driver, then compatibility exists. You may use printers that support PCL emulation. Many HP DeskJet and LaserJet printers support PCL emulation.
The Model MR works with many kinds of desktop printers, especially HP DeskJet ink jet printers. Other printers may even include older dotmatrix printers by Fujitsu, Epson, Panasonic, Roland, Centronics, Genicom.
