Turn a Red Lion meter (CUB5 or PAX) into a recording meter with time stamp.
Connects as a simple, stand alone, independant system. No PC or PLC required. Plugs into the optional serial communications card of the Red Lion meter.

OPERATION:
The user chooses a Red Lion meter to perform a measurement task, such as voltage, current, temperature, counting, etc.
A Red Lion Serial Communications Option Card must be installed in the meter. The user has access to the Red Lion command chart that is used to
send receive information between the meter and the Model RL Logger unit. - The configuration file config.txt in the Model RL unit sets the command to be periodically transmitted to the meter. (e.g. every 10 sec.) - For each transmission from the Model RL unit, the meter returns the measurement data, (e.g. every 10 seconds).
- The Model RL logger appends the measurement data to the SD Card record.txt file.
- The measurement data is timestamped by the Model RL logger.
