Model DC5 allows the HP2631B dot matrix printer shown
below to be replaced with a modern printer using common
Centronics parallel interface.

 

The Model DC5 may also be a consideration to replace
similar legacy printers such as HP2610A, HP2614A,
HP2607A, HP2608A, HP2613A, HP2617A, HP2618A, Tally Series 2000.
The Model DC5 has an installed base that replaces the
HP2631B printer above.
