Model  UNIPRINT adapter  is used to help capture print data from legacy
machines, measuring instruments, alarm systems, and medical equipment.
It is meant to replace dot matrix printers.

It plugs on to the Parallel LPT port of your equipment.  The unit outputs
the print report by Bluetooth to an Android device such as a tablet or phone.
A special Android app ( .apk) by Photologic Ltd. (included) displays the
print report and also appends it to a log file.

The adapter can also output the print report to a PC USB port,  where any
common Terminal Emulator application can be used to display the report
printing  in real time, as well as logging it to a file.

Consider UNIPRINT Adapter if:
1.) You wish to retire your dot matrix or other legacy printer.
2.) The printer port on your machine/instrument is LPT Parallel
3.) The print data is plain generic, ASCII text (no graphics, no color, no rich text, no escape sequences).
